At Pro Tan, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused tanning products in their original box, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
